Incident Summary:

03/17/2020: An explosives-laden pickup truck detonated outside the Southern Border Provinces Administrative Center (SBPAC) building in Yala city, Yala, Thailand. At least 25 people, including security personnel and journalists, were injured in the blast. This was one of two coordinated bombings at the SBPAC on this date; this second attack was intended to target people responding to a blast ten minutes earlier. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Barisan Revolusi Nasional (BRN).
