Incident Summary:

03/28/2020: Assailants attacked an unknown number of security outposts in Dara Khostak, Badakhshan, Afghanistan. At least 10 soldiers and eight assailants were killed and five soldiers were injured in the ensuing clash. Additionally, at least three soldiers were abducted and their whereabouts are unknown. This was one of five coordinated incidents in this district within 24 hours. At least 8 Afghan National Army (ANA) soldiers and 24 police officers were reported missing across all five attacks. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the incident.
