Incident Summary:

04/04/2020: An assailant stabbed civilians in shops in Romans-sur-Isere, Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes, France. Two people were killed and five people were injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, authorities arrested Abdallah Ahmed-Osman in connection with the incident and found documents in his home that complained about "living in a country of infidels." Sources also noted that witnesses heard the assailant yell "Allahu Akhbar" during the attack.
