04/17/2020: An explosive device detonated near the humvee of Mohammad Moqtader, the Rapid Reaction Unit chief of staff, in Qandari Qeshlaq, Takhar, Afghanistan. At least three people, including Moqtader and two other senior officers, were killed in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.
