Incident Summary:

04/22/2020: Assailants attacked security outposts in Mir Hazar, Zari district, Kandahar, Afghanistan. At least 13 people, including one police officer and 12 assailants, were killed and ten others, including three police officers and seven assailants, were injured in the ensuing clash. This was one of three related incidents in Kandahar on the same day. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attacks to the Taliban.
