Incident Summary:

04/23/2020: Assailants abducted a 16-year old indigenous civilian in Murindo, Antioquia, Colombia. The hostage was released on May 23, 2020 after an explosive device that her captors instructed her to plant detonated prematurely. The hostage was injured in that blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the National Liberation Army of Colombia (ELN).
