Incident Summary:

04/28/2020: Two suicide bombers attempted to attack the Intelligence Directorate headquarters in al-Qadisiyah, Kirkuk, Iraq. One assailant was shot and killed by security forces while the second assailant detonated before reaching the gates of the headquarters. At least three people were injured in the blast. The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) claimed responsibility for the incident.
