05/08/2020: Assailants opened fire on military personnel monitoring humanitarian aid operations in Guinobatan, Paradise Embac, Davao del Sur, Philippines. At least one soldier was killed and two soldiers were injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the New People's Army (NPA).
