05/10/2020: Assailants attacked a military base in Alishing, Laghman, Afghanistan. At least eleven people, including five assailants and six soldiers, were killed and 22 others, including 17 assailants and five security forces members, were injured in the ensuing clash. Additionally, five soldiers were abducted and their whereabouts are unknown. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the attack.
