06/05/2020: An explosive device detonated target Afghan Local Police (ALP) officers responding to an earlier attack in Darkhan, Badakhshan, Afghanistan. At least 11 officers, including a commander, were killed in the blast. This was one of two related attacks in the area on this date. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Taliban.
