06/08/2020: Assailants shot and killed Ajay Pandita, a Kashmiri Pandit village sarpanch, near his residence in Lok Bawan, Jammu and Kashmir, India. The Resistance Front (TRF) claimed responsibility for the attack, and stated that the victim was a "political stooge" and a "collaborator" who worked alongside India. Sources also attributed the attack to Hizbul Mujahideen (HM).
