06/14/2020: Police officers opened fire on their colleagues at a police outpost in Sarchishma, Herat, Afghanistan. At least four police officers were killed and three were taken hostage in the attack. The outcome of the abduction is unknown. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Taliban.
