Incident Summary:
06/15/2020: Assailants attacked security outposts in Norkhil, Tagab district, Kapisa, Afghanistan. This was one of four related attacks in this district on this date. At least 13 people, including nine assailants, were killed while another 29 people, including 18 assailants, were injured across the attacks. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Taliban.

Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
