Incident Summary:

06/24/2020: Assailants abducted Juan de Jesús Peinado Mora, the president of the San Isidro Community Action Board, in Convencion district, Norte de Santander, Colombia. Mora was escaped and was rescued by security forces on October 9, 2020. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the National Liberation Army of Colombia (ELN).
