07/18/2020: An explosive device detonated targeting the vehicle of deputy security minister Abdi Abdinasir Said Muse in Taleh junction, Hodan, Mogadishu, Somalia. Muse was not harmed as he was not in the vehicle; however, one guard was killed and three people were injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Al-Shabaab.
