Incident Summary:

08/04/2020: Assailants opened fire on civilians protesting the sexual assault of a teenage girl in Khwaja Ghar, Takhar, Afghanistan. Three civilians were killed and three others were wounded in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Taliban.
