08/14/2020: Assailants opened fire on police officers in a market in Kothi village, Gadchiroli district, Maharashtra, India. One police officer, identified as Dushyant Nandeshwar, was killed and another officer was injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to Maoists.
