Incident Summary:

08/15/2020: Assailants attempted to abduct the General Administration Branch for Desert Patrols in Ghadduwah, Sabha, Libya. At least three assailants, including a suicide bomber, were killed in the ensuing clash with security forces. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the Fezzan Province of the Islamic State.
