Incident Summary:

08/28/2020: Assailants abducted Jorge Ivan Ramosan, an Alternative Revolutionary Common Forces (FARC) leader, from his vehicle in Montecristo district, Bolivar, Colombia. Ramos was tied up, forced to walk for an hour, and then killed a short time later. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the National Liberation Army of Colombia (ELN) and stated that the victim was targeted for collaborating with the military.
