Incident Summary:
09/10/2020: Assailants opened fire on the house of an African American family in Warren, Michigan, United States. There were no casualties in the attack. This was one of a series of attacks targeting this family. A previous attack included racist graffiti leading police to believe the attacks are hate crimes. Michael Frederick Jr, a white extremist, was charged and sentenced for both incidents.

Criteria
Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
Criterion 2
