09/11/2020: Assailants attacked Armed Forces of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (FARDC) positions in Mbau Kitawa, Beni district, North Kivu, Democratic Republic of the Congo. There were no reported casualties in the incident. This was one of three related attacks in this area on the same day. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the incidents to the Allied Democratic Forces (ADF) and the Central Africa Province of the Islamic State.
