09/24/2020: Assailants attacked a security outpost in Khanabad district, Kunduz, Afghanistan. At least one pro-government militia member was killed in the incident. During the clash, a rocket struck a civilian residence, killing one person and injuring six other people. This was one of two attacks in this district on the same date. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Taliban.

Criteria
Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
