10/01/2020: Assailants opened fire on the vehicle of Attaullah Advocate, a local leader of the Pakistan People's Party (PPP), in Galgot, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. Advocate was not in the vehicle and was not harmed, though a teacher was killed in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Tehrik-i Taliban Pakistan (TTP).
