10/31/2020: An explosive device detonated in Qansax Dheere, Bay, Somalia. A deputy district governor and humanitarian worker were killed and a district commissioner was injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Al-Shabaab.
