11/08/2020: Assailants attacked a security outpost in Puli Khumri district, Baghlan, Afghanistan. This was one of three coordinated attacks in Baghlan on the same day. At least four people were killed and six people were injured across the attacks. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Taliban.

Criteria
Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
Criterion 2
