11/14/2020: Assailants abducted photojournalist, Carlos Zatarain, along with two others, in Venustiano Carranza neighborhood, Mazatlan, Sinaloa, Mexico. Zatarain, who was slightly injured, was released along with the second abductee on November 15, 2020. The third abductee was released on November 16, 2020. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.
