11/29/2020: A suicide bomber detonated an explosives-laden vehicle targeting the convoy of Atta Jan Haqbayan, the head of provincial council, in Qalat, Zabul, Afghanistan. In addition to the assailant, at least one civilian was killed and 20 others, including Haqbayan, were injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.
