12/31/2020: Assailants shot and killed Satpal Singh Nischal, a jeweler, at his shop in Saraibala area, Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, India. The Resistance Front (TRF) claimed responsibility for the incident and stated, "Domicile certificate is unacceptable and they shall be treated as occupiers." Sources noted Nischal had recently received Domicile Certificate.
