Incident Summary:

12/31/2020: Assailants abducted 20 people in Tsamudzanzu, Irumu, Ituri, Democratic Republic of the Congo. The assailants also plundered several houses and stole at least 50 goats. The hostages were freed by the assailants on the same day. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Patriotic Resistance Front in Ituri (FRPI).
