Biography:

Dr. Kraemer joined START in February of 2024 as an Adjunct Professor studying the psychological aspects of Insider Threat. He currently practices as a National Security Psychologist for the U.S. Government. Before this, he worked with the Headquarters of the Army (HQDA) Insider Threat HUB as the Behavioral Science Consultant, advising on the psychological and behavioral aspects of Insider Threat Analysis. He served as a Psychologist in the U.S. Government since 2010-present, both as a U.S. Navy officer and civilian. He has a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and an MS in Intelligence Studies, as well as Graduate Certificates in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Criminal Behavioral Analysis, Investigative Psychology, and Behavioral Economics.
