CQ Homeland Security Covers START Center Conference

CQ Homeland Security reviewed the Start Center's plans and activities following the first official Center meeting, which was held in College Park, Md., June 9 to 10, 2005. In particular, reporter Patrick Yoest highlighted the Center's database of terror incidents, which contains information on 70,000 terrorist events between 1970 and 1997.
