START Interns give Significant Terrorist Activity Briefings to develop public speaking skills (Photo Gallery)

AT START, we aim to train the next generation of counterterrorism practitioners and terrorism scholars. Part of that professional development training in our internship program involves finessing public speaking skills. So we encourage all of our interns to give a Significant Terrorist Activity Briefing (SigTAB) to their peers and supervisors at START. These presentations cover current events related to the most significant developments in terrorism, counterterrorism and international security.
