A consortium of researchers dedicated to improving the understanding of the human causes and consequences of terrorism

New journal is a resource for Global Terrorism Research

The Inter-University Center for Terrorism Studies publishes online journal on the study of terrorism.
The Inter-University Center for Terrorism Studies (ICTS) recently released "Terrorism: An Electronic Journal and Knowledge Base," which features peer-reviewed articles, special reports, seminar reports, and additional references. Edited by terrorism scholar Yonah Alexander, the journal largely focuses on identifying warning signals of terrorism in a post-9/11 era and recommends national, regional and global strategies in confronting the complex challenge of contemporary terrorism, and what societies must do to reduce the risks on conventional and unconventional levels.

First published online in August, the journal aims to give researchers an opportunity to produce, share and coordinate research, as well as provide a knowledge base for government users and interdisciplinary researchers.
