Radicalization expert John Horgan of START critiques new laws that could allow for preventative arrests in situations of suspected terrorism movements. Reported in this article as a “slippery slope” is the concern that people are identifying radical ideas as terrorism, when there are many more people that support radicalization than would participate in acts of terrorism.
