START investigator, Susan Cutter, advises Congress

Susan L. Cutter, Distinguished Professor and Director of the Hazards Research Lab at the University of South Carolina, and START investigator, advised the U.S. House of Represenative's Committee On Science. Her work, "The Role of Vulnerability Science in Disaster Preparedness and Response" focuses on the practice of examining responses to environmental hazards.
