Starting in academic year 2008-2009, START has partnered with the Federal Semester Program at the University of Maryland to offer a new Federal Semester concentration for UMD students: Federal Homeland Security Policy. The program combines a seminar on federal homeland security policy in the fall with an internship in the spring. Rising juniors and seniors of any major are welcome to apply.
