Erica Chenoweth: Civil Resistance in the Arab Spring and Beyond

START researcher and associate professor at the University of Denver, Erica Chenoweth, will give a talk about the Arab Spring on Tuesday, April 7 at 7 p.m. in the Stella Boyle Smith Concert Hall at the University of Arkansas, Little Rock. The speech, hosted by the UALR Middle Eastern Studies Program, is free and open to the public.

In addition to being an associate professor at the Josef Korbel School of International Studies at the University of Denver, Chenoweth is also an associate senior research at the Peace Research Institute of Oslo (PRIO). She received her Ph.D. from the University of Colorado and served as lead investigator on the START projects Countering Terrorism in the United States and Dealing with the Devil: When Bargaining with the Terrorist Works
