The panelists were Christina Nemr, formally of the State Department, Humera Khan, executive director of the radicalization and CVE think tank Muflehun, and Asim Hafiz, Islamic religious adviser to the UK Ministry of Defence. A video of the radicalization panel can be seen via CSPAN's website here.
OSAC, which is celebrating its 30th anniversary, is a premier public-private partnership founded by Secretary of State George Shultz and has a mission to facilitate information sharing on topics related to safety and security.
